by James Keith of Howard County in the said State at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Samuel H. Keith do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell with the said James Keith his executors administrators and assigns all the property hereinafter particularly mentioned that is to say one sorrell mare wagon and harness one cow and calf, one Heifer, two sows and four shoats, a crop of wheat on the premises say sixty bushels more or less, crop of corn standing on the land, crop of potatoes, all the garden of vegetables, one double shovel plough, one seed plough, one cultivator, one Harrow, one Shovel, one Mattock, Hay fork, two feather beds, Bedsteads and furniture two tables one Beareau, 18 chairs, one stove and cooking apparatus, two buckets, Plates, Cups and saucers, one safe, one clock, spoons forks & knives and two carpetings.
