Amendment to the Charter of the Town of Willards
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL FOR THE TOWN OF WILLARDS TO
AMEND THE CHARTER FOR THE TOWN OF WILLARDS AS IT PRESENTLY
EXISTS AND AS PUBLISHED IN MUNICIPAL CHARTERS OF MARYLAND.
VOLUME 7, 1990 REPLACEMENT EDITION, AS REPLACED, SUPPLEMENTED
OR AMENDED (THE "CHARTER") BY AMENDING SECTIONS 201 AND 207 OF
ARTICLE II AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
[Sections 201 and 207 of the Charter of the Town of Willards, Wicomico County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
