(A) The Benedictine School. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of the Benedictine School Foundation,
Inc. for the planning, design, repair, renovation, and capital
equipping of the fire protection and HVAC systems and
infrastructure of the Benedictine School, located in Ridgely.

may consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this
