Preface

By Executive Order (01.01.2004.70, December 20, 2004), Governor Robert
Ehrlich, Jr., called the General Assembly into a Special Session on Tuesday, December
28, 2004. The Special Session adjourned sine die on January 11, 2005.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution,
the Senate of Maryland and the House of Delegates overrode the gubernatorial vetoes
of seven 2004 Regular Session bills and one 2004 Special Session bill.
