[(vi)] (6) develop and implement a business mentoring program;
and

[(vii)] (7) conduct mock job fairs in institutions and in the
community[; and

(2) assist the Executive Director in the development of a plan for
transitional employment that incorporates the objectives stated in item (1) of this

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2001. It shall remain effective for a period of [3] 6 years and 3 months and,
at the end of August 31, [2004] 2007, with no further action required by the General
Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
