AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Solid Waste Management Plan, 2003 Revision

FOR the purpose of adopting the Anne Arundel County Solid Waste Management
Plan, 2003 Revision as one of the documents used to guide the future
development of land and the location of public services and facilities in the
County.

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Zoning - Merger of Lots

FOR the purpose of creating within the Zoning Article a separate subtitle governing
merger of lots in residential zoning districts; specifying the purpose and scope of
the subtitle; defining certain terms; recodifying and clarifying the ordinance
governing the use and merger of "antiquated" lots; describing the contents of Lot
Merger Agreements and the legal effect of lot mergers; providing for the merger
of lots in service of a single principal use; specifying the circumstances under
which certain lots merge by operation of law; providing for the unmerger of lots
merged under the subtitle; requiring certain information upon application for
certain permits; stating a certain intent of this Ordinance, and generally
relating to the merger of lots for the purposes of complying with requirements of
the Zoning Article pertaining to individual lots.

BY repealing:

Article 28, § 2-101

Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

BY adding:

Article 28, §§ 2-1A-01 through 2-1A-07, to be under the new subtitle "Subtitle

1A. Merger of Lots"
