ROBERT L. EHRLICH, JR., Governor                             Ch. 557

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2004. contingent on the taking effect of Chapter 556 (H.B. 297) of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 2004, and if Chapter 556 does not become effective, this Act shall
be null and void without the necessity of further action by the General Assembly.

Enacted May 30, 2004.
