Ch. 432

(L) (M) National Aquarium in Baltimore. Provide a grant to the
Board of Directors of the National Aquarium in Baltimore to
assist in the design, construction, and equipping of
improvements to the National Aquarium in Baltimore, subject
to the requirement that the grantee provide an equal and
matching fund for this purpose. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may include funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).

(M) (N) National Research and Training Institute for the
Blind. Provide a grant to the Board of Trustees of the National
Federation of the Blind to assist in the construction of an
addition to and equipping of the existing headquarters of the
National Federation of the Blind to serve as the National
Research and Training Institute for the Blind, subject to the
requirement that the grantee provide an equal and matching
fund for this purpose. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act,
the matching fund may include funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Baltimore City) .................................

(O) Prince George's Hospital Center. Provide a grant to the County
Executive and County Council of Prince George's County for
critical infrastructure needs and the renovation of
medical/surgical nursing units at the Prince George's Hospital
Center, provided that this grant is contingent upon the
implementation of the February 20, 2004 memorandum of
understanding made between Prince George's County, Maryland
and the State of Maryland or any subsequent amendment of that
memorandum of understanding as agreed to by the State.
Further provided, that unless the Prince George's County
Council adopts a resolution committing to implement the
February 20, 2004 memorandum of understanding, or any
subsequent amendment of that memorandum of understanding
as agreed to by the State, by May 12, 2004, these funds shall be
used to construct public school buildings and public school
capital improvements in accordance with Sections 5-301
through 5-303 of the Education Article
(Prince George's
County)............................................................................................

(N) (P) Rockviile Town Center Redevelopment. Provide a grant to
the Mayor and City Council of the City of Rockviile to acquire
land and redevelop Rockviile Town Center, subject to the
requirement that the grantee provide an equal and matching
fund for this purpose (Montgomery County)................................

(O) (Q) Sheppard Pratt Hospital. Provide a grant to the Board of
Trustees of the Sheppard Pratt Hospital to assist in the
construction of a new psychiatric hospital to replace current
hospital buildings on its Towson campus, subject to the
