SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 3 of this Act shall take effect on the taking effect of Chapter _ (SB 1) of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2002. If Section 3 of this Act takes effect, Section 1 of this Act shall be
abrogated and of no further force and effect. SECTION 3. 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject to the
provisions of Section 5 of this Act, this Act shall take effect June 1, 2002. It shall
remain effective for a period of 5 years 1 year and 6 months and, at the end of May 31,
2007 November 30, 2003, with no further action required by the General Assembly,
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
