CHAPTER 507
(House Bill 339) AN ACT concerning Commuter Benefits Act 2002 FOR the purpose of altering the maximum tax credit per employee that a business
entity may claim for certain costs of providing certain commuter benefits to the
business entity's employees; requiring the Secretary of the Environment in
consultation with the Secretary of Transportation to include a certain tax credit
in a certain State plan; requiring the Department of the Environment and the
Department of Transportation to implement a certain marketing plan and to
submit a certain report by a certain date;
providing for the application of this
Act; and generally relating to certain tax credits for employer-provided
commuter benefits. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 2-901 Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume and 2001 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Environment
2-901.
