Ch. 501 2002 LAWS OF MARYLAND
Article 9 - Charles County 85-1. E. (1) "Residential property means: (I) A residentially zoned and developed lot containing a maximum of [2] 3 acres; (II) Any property that has one of the following residential base zone
zoning classifications as provided for in the 1992 Charles County Zoning Ordinance:
1. RL;
2. RM;
3. RH;
4. RV;
5. RR;
6. PUD; or
7. WPC; or
(III) Any undeveloped land of 10 acres or less within a clustered development. (2) "Residential property" does not include land used for farming. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2002. Approved May 16, 2002.

AN ACT concerning
Charles County - Palm Readers, Fortune Tellers, and Soothsayers
Occupations - Licensing, Certification and Registration FOR the purpose of repealing certain licensing requirements for palm readers,
fortune tellers, soothsayers, and other similar persons in Charles County;
providing that it is a misdemeanor for a person to provide a massage or offer to
provide a massage to another person for compensation in Charles County unless
the person providing the massage is a certified massage therapist or a registered
massage practitioner; authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of Charles
County to adopt certain regulations relating to massage establishments and the
practice of massage therapists and practitioners in Charles County; requiring the
