(iv) $15,000,000 for Baltimore City Community College.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:
(1) In accordance with Title 19 of the Education Article, each of the following
projects is approved as a project for an academic facility, and the University System of
Maryland may issue, sell, and deliver bonds in the total principal amount of
$15,000,000 $26,100,000 for the purposes of financing and refinancing the costs of
these projects:
(A) University of Maryland, College Park (Prince George's County)
(i) Renovate Chemical/Nuclear Engineering Building
(ii) Renovate Taliaferro/Key Hall
(B) Frostburg State University (Allegany County)
(i) Equip Compton Science Center
(C) University of Maryland Baltimore County (Baltimore County)
(i) Equip Information Technology Building
(D) University of Maryland Center for Environmental Studies
(i) Construct Aquaculture Building
(E) University of Maryland, Baltimore (Baltimore City)
(i) Construct New Dental School Building
(2) In accordance with Title 19 of the Education Article, each of the following
capital facilities renewal projects is hereby approved as a project for an academic
facility, and the University System of Maryland may issue, sell, and deliver bonds in
the principal amount of $10,000,000 for the purposes of financing and refinancing the
costs of these facilities renewal projects:
(A) University of Maryland, Baltimore (Baltimore City)
(i) Facade and Window Upgrade; Medical School Teaching Facility,
Phase III
(ii) HVAC Upgrade and/or Replacement: School of Pharmacy, Phase
II
(iii) Elevator Upgrade: Medical School Teaching Facility, Bressler
Research Building
(iv) Floor Renovation: School of Pharmacy, 4th Floor, Phase I
(B) University of Maryland, College Park (Prince George's County)
(i) Campus Utilities Infrastructure Improvements, Phased
