Economic Matters Committee in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government

[SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:

(a)     On or before June 1 of each year, each insurer, nonprofit health service
plan, and health maintenance organization subject to the requirements of this Act
shall submit to the Insurance Commissioner, on the form the Insurance
Commissioner requires, a report that describes the clinical trials covered during the
previous year.

AN ACT concerning

Criminal Injuries Compensation - Awards for Lost Earnings and Injury
Resulting in Permanent Total Disability

FOR the purpose of making certain victims eligible for certain awards from the
Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund that relate to lost earnings by a parent or
guardian of a child victim under certain circumstances and to individuals who
are awarded a certain disability claim; and generally relating to the Criminal
Injuries Compensation Board and Fund.
