CONTAINING 13.0087 ± ACRES OF LAND AS SHOWN ON A PLAT ENTITLED
"BLOCKS A & B, ROSEDALE" AND RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS
OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK 18 PAGE 53 AND MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS PARCELS 30, 31 AND 32; A PORTION OF LOT 8;
AND A PARCEL CONTAINING 1.3110 ± ACRES SUCH PROPERTIES BEING
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THIS ANNEXATION RESOLUTION AT
EXHIBIT B, AND ALL PROPERTIES TO BE REZONED TO THE R-55 (ONE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE FROM THE R-R (RURAL RESIDENTIAL IN

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2002-01

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF LOCH LYNN
HEIGHTS adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Loch Lynn Heights in Garrett County by repealing and
reenacting, with amendments, Section 8 of the Charter, allowing the Town of Loch
Lynn Heights to have the advantages of State law regarding open meetings and
removing ambiguous language dealing with public meetings.
