renovation of a building to be used as an employment, training,
retail, and donation center, located in Westminster.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property or funds expended
prior to the effective date of this Act (Carroll County)................. 100,000
(AA) Grace and St. Peter's School. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of Trustees of Grace and St. Peter's School, Inc. for
the planning, design, construction, renovation, and capital
equipping of a recreational facility and a new school entrance for
use by the students of the Grace and St. Peter's School and the
Mt. Vernon Community at 707 Park Avenue in Baltimore,
subject to the requirement that the grantee grant and convey an
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Baltimore
City).................................................................................................. 250,000
(AB) Historic Christ Church. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$167,500 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County for the
acquisition of the Historic Christ Church, currently owned by
Christ Church Parish of the Episcopal Diocese, to preserve a
historic building to be used as a community reception center,
located in Stevensville, subject to the requirement that the
grantee grant and convey an historic easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust (Queen Anne's County)........................................ 167,500
(AC) I Can't We Can. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$500,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of I Can't We Can, Inc. for the acquisition,
planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a
community and addiction recovery center, located in Baltimore
(Baltimore City)............................................................................... 500,000
(AD) Imagination Stage. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Trustees for Imagination Stage, Inc. for the planning,
design, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of
the Deaf Access Studio and the Arts Studio at Imagination
Stage, located at 4910 Auburn Avenue in Bethesda.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may include in kind contributions or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Montgomery
County)............................................................................................. 300,000
(AE) Irvine Nature Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of the Irvine Nature Center, Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, site preparation, landscaping,
and capital equipping of trails and exhibits, located on 116 acres
