lesser of (i) $300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of the BlackRock Center for
the Arts, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital
equipping of an arts facility to house community programs in the
performing arts, visual arts, and art education, located in
Germantown. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12(5) of
this Act, the matching fund may include real property or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Montgomery

(K) Bowie Center for the Performing Arts. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of Bowie Regional Arts Vision
Association, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping,
including theatre rigging and lighting installation, of the
interior of the performing arts center, located in Bowie (Prince
George's County)..............................................................................              200,000

(L) Boys and Girls Club. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$140,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Harford
County, Inc. for the repair of the Aberdeen Boys and Girls Club
and the design of a new Havre de Grace Boys and Girls Club
(Harford County).............................................................................              140,000

(M) Boys and Girls Club of Washington County. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the Boys
and Girls Club of Washington County, Inc. for the acquisition,
planning, design, construction, capital equipping, testing, and
site preparation of a new boys and girls club unit, located in
Hagerstown (Washington County).................................................              100,000

(N) Carroll Hospice. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$500,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Trustees of Carroll Hospice, Inc. for the construction of
an inpatient facility for end-of-life patients, located in
Westminster. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12(5) of
this Act, the matching fund may include real property (Carroll

(O) Chase Brexton Health Services, Inc. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Chase Brexton Health
Services, Inc. for the acquisition, renovation, design,
construction, and capital equipping of buildings to increase
operating space, to house expanded dental and mental health
services, and to provide space for administration and
development offices, located in Baltimore City, subject to the
requirement that the grantee grant and convey ah historic
