2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND
(V) THE SPECIAL MARYLAND WINE LICENSE PRIVILEGE IS NOT A
SEPARATE CLASS OF LICENSE BUT SHALL BE CONSIDERED PART OF THE EXISTING
CLASS B (ON-SALE) BEER AND WINE LICENSE OR BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE
OF THE HOLDER OF THE SPECIAL MARYLAND WINE LICENSE PRIVILEGE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2003.

AN ACT concerning
Calvert County - Code of Public Local Laws - Legalization
FOR the purpose of legalizing the 2002 edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Calvert County, being Article 5 of the Code of Public Locals Laws of Maryland,
published under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert
County; making provisions for the publication, sale, and distribution of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Calvert County; and generally relating to the
legalization of the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert County.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the 2002 edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert
County, being Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, published under
the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County and edited by
the General Code Publishers, is legalized. Any pocket or loose-leaf supplement to the
2002 edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert County that may be
published under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert
County is legalized. The Code shall contain all public local laws relating to Calvert
County following the 2003 regular session of the General Assembly of Maryland. The
Code shall be deemed, and taking in of taken in all the courts of the State and by all
public officials of the State and of its several political subdivisions, to be evidence of
the public local laws of Calvert County in existence at the time of compilation.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Board of County
Commissioners of Calvert County is authorized to make an appropriation to provide
for the publication of this Code and the Board may provide for its sale and
distribution.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2003.
