the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County - Amended
Effective Date April 30, 1999] Bill No. 99-2 AN ACT Concerning Change of Designations - Department of Public Works For the purpose of amending all references in the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, Maryland to certain County departments and officials of those
departments whose titles were amended by the creation of the Worcester County
Department of Public Works by Resolution of the County-Commissioners dated
February 4, 1997 to implement said resolution. [Section 6-101(e) of the Public Safety Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County - Amended Sections 5-201, 5-202(a), and 5-205(b)(3) of the Public Works Article - Amended Sections 1-112(b) 1-115(c), 1-305(a)(6), 1-311(b)(10), 1-318(e)(1), 2-303(b)(7),
2-405(b)(3), 2-502, 2-503(f)(2), 2-504, and 2-505 of the Zoning and Subdivision
Control Article - Amended Effective Date June 4, 1999]
Bill No. 99-4 AN ACT Concerning Permits for Model Homes For the purpose of amending the Public Works Article and the Zoning and Subdivision
Control Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland to
permit the issuance of building permits for model homes prior to the completion of the
water supply system and/or sewage disposal system. [Sections 5-309 of the Public Works Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County — Amended Section 1-115(c)(1) of the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article - Added
Effective Date August 27, 1999]
Bill No. 99-5 AN ACT Concerning Zoning - Dwellings on Nonconforming Lots of Record For the purpose of enabling single-family dwellings and mobile homes to be situated
on lots which do not front on a public or approved private road but which are served
by a legally established right-of-way.
