EXISTING CORPORATE AREA OF THE TOWN OF GRANTSVILLE AND
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 217.62 ACRES, MORE COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE NORTHERN GARRETT INDUSTRIAL PARK AND ADJACENT ACREAGE,
AND ALSO ACREAGE NORTH OF GRANTSVILLE ALONG STATE ROUTE 669.
SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND ANNEXATION AGREEMENT CONTAINED IN
