REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. Provide a grant to the
Maryland Zoological Society to assist in the design,
construction, and equipping of [improvements]
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS at the Baltimore Zoo [for the
Earth Conservation Center], subject to the requirement that
the grantee and/or the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose (Baltimore
City)................................................................................................. 750,000 Chapter 115 of the Acts of 1994, as amended by Chapter 125
of the Acts of 1996 SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That: (1) The Board of Public Works may borrow money and incur indebtedness on
behalf of the State of Maryland through a State loan to be known as the Maryland
Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1994 in the total principal amount of
[$343,032,396] $342,620,396. This loan shall be evidenced by the issuance, sale, and
delivery of State general obligation bonds authorized by a resolution of the Board of
Public Works and issued, sold, and delivered in accordance with §§ 8-117 through
8-124 of the State Finance and Procurement Article and Article 31, § 22 of the Code. Chapter 115 of the Acts of 1994, as amended by Chapter 125 of 1996 and Chapter 138 of 1998 Section 1(3) 32.12.00 MENTAL HYGIENE ADMINISTRATION (A) Central Kitchen Contingency Fund. Prepare detailed plans for
the renovation OR CONSTRUCTION of [two] ONE central
[kitchens] KITCHEN at [either Crownsville,] Springfield[, or
Spring Grove] Hospital [Centers] CENTER[, provided that no
funds may be expended until the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene prepares a report which:
