Reorganization - Department of Planning and Code Enforcement

FOR the purpose of reorganizing the Department of Planning and Code Enforcement;
providing for the transfer of the Animal Control Agency and the Animal Control
Commission from the Department of Planning and Code Enforcement to the
Police Department; providing for the transfer of certain subdivision inspection
functions from the Department of Public Works to the Department of Planning
and Code Enforcement; and specifying basic improvements required under a
public works agreement.

BY repealing:

Article 12, § 1-101(14) and Article 25, § 3-101
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:

Article 12, §§ 2-101; 2-106(c), (d), and (e); 3-101; 3-102(a); 6-101(b); 6-108(b),
(c), (d), and (e); Article 25, §§ 2-103(3) and 4-101(a); and Article 26, §
3-313(a) (as enacted by Bill No. 55-98), (b), (c), and (d)
