SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Revisor's Notes,
General Revisor's Notes, and the catchlines contained in this Act are not law and may not
be considered to have been enacted as a part of this Act.

SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the publishers of the
Annotated Code, in consultation with the Department of Legislative Reference, shall
correct any cross-references rendered obsolete by this Act and may recodify any other
enactment during the 1997 Session of the General Assembly to effectuate the purposes of
this Act.

SECTION 11. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 1997.
