COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
C, Food Service Facility Fees, and Section 157-29, Public Swimming Pool and
Spa Permit, shall be dedicated to and paid into a separate account for the
Harford County Health Department. Department, and to further provide that
revenue derived from the collection of fees pursuant to Section 157-18A & B,
Sanitation Construction Permits, be split between the Harford County Health
Department, the Water and Sewer Debt Service account and the General Fund
Revenue account.

generally relating to historic landmarks.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Subsection J of Section 256-13,
Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water
and Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the
adoption of the Spring, 1996 Master Water and Sewer Plan and to submit said
Plan to the Maryland Department of the Environment for its approval and
implementation pursuant to Title 9 of the Environment Article of the Maryland
Annotated Code.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to add new Section 123-43.3.1, Harford County Agricultural
Preservation Tax Credits, to Article II, Real Property Tax Credits, of Chapter
123, Finance and Taxation, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to
implement the local tax credit program for properties in the County Agricultural
District or subject to an Agricultural Preservation Easement to the County.
