THE DEPARTMENT IS THE SOLE DETERMINER OF THE FORM OF PUBLIC
RECORDS RELEASED PURSUANT TO PART III OF TITLE 10, SUBTITLE 6 OF THIS
ARTICLE.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Clarifying that the Department of Legislative Reference has the right to
determine the format of public records released. This addition codifies
existing practice, which is supported by an opinion of the Attorney General
(56 Op. Att'y Gen. 461).

July 1, 1991, an evaluation shall be made of the following governmental activities or units
and the statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental activities or units:

(4) Office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation (§ [11-102] 2-101
of the Financial Institutions Article);
