8-401.

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(B) "BENEFIT CONTRACT" MEANS THE AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF
BENEFITS AUTHORIZED BY § 8-432 OF THIS SUBTITLE.
