AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Buckingham Cove Waterways Improvement District

FOR the purpose of modifying the boundaries of the Buckingham Cove Waterways
Improvement District to reduce the District in accordance with a decision of the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and generally relating to the size of the District.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 6, §4-104(c)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Personnel - Out-of-Class Pay

FOR the purpose of authorizing additional compensation for classified employees not
represented by a certified employee organization who on a temporary basis are
required to work in classifications in the Classified Service or in positions in the
Exempt Pay and Benefit Plan with higher pay grades; requiring the approval of
appointing authorities for such compensation; specifying the amount and conditions
of such compensation; and generally relating to out-of-class pay for nonrepresented
classified employees.

BY adding:

Article 8, §1-210 §§1-210 and 2-101(e) and (f)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

BY renumbering:

Article 8, §2-101(e), (f), and (g) to be §2-101(g), (h), and (i), respectively
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)
