the City of Salisbury by amending Article V, General Powers, § SC5-1(A)(38)(b)[2],
Enumeration; Enforcement of ordinances; Municipal infractions.

[Section SC5-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found
in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date April 16, 1996]
