(3)     Adopt rules and policies for the uniform identification, collection,
distribution, accessibility, and retention of State publications;

(4)     Advise the Program in implementing the purposes of this section;

(5)     Provide for access to State publications; and

Article - Natural Resources

[Subtitle 15. Susquehanna River Watershed Advisory Board.]
[8-1501.

(a)     In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)     "Board" means the Susquehanna River Watershed Advisory Board.

(c)     (1) "Susquehanna River Watershed" means the land and water area in Cecil
County and Harford County from which all water drains, directly or indirectly, to and
from the Susquehanna River basin towards the Chesapeake Bay.

(2) "Susquehanna River Watershed" includes Deer Creek, Octoraro Creek,
and all land areas contiguous to the Susquehanna River and its tributaries in Cecil
County and Harford County, including Rocks State Park, Palmer State Park, and
Susquehanna State Park.

(d)     "Watershed" means the Susquehanna River Watershed.]

There is a Susquehanna River Watershed Advisory Board.]
[8-1503.

(a) The Susquehanna River Watershed Advisory Board consists of the following 9
members:

(1)     3 individuals appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of
the Senate;

(2)     1 member of the House of Delegates from Cecil County or a designee of
the member;

(3)     1 member of the House of Delegates from Harford County or a designee
of the member;

(4)     1 member of the Senate from Cecil County or a designee of the member;
