Fisheries Management and Protection Fund will be used to retire
the bonds issued for this project. If revenues from that Fund are
insufficient to make any debt service payment, funds shall be
provided through the State property tax to pay in full the principal

WATER MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION

(A) Chesapeake Bay Water Quality Project Funds. [Provide]
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN 39.01.04(A)(4) BELOW,
PROVIDE funds to be credited to the Water Pollution Control
Fund to be used for projects to improve the water quality of the
Chesapeake Bay and other waters of the State. The funds
appropriated shall be administered for the purposes listed below in
accordance with Sections 9-345 through 9-351 of the
Environmental ENVIRONMENT Article:

(4) To provide not more than $2,634,000 in grants for projects to
