Baltimore provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose

(C)    Baltimore Zoo - Small Development Projects. Provide a grant to
the Maryland Zoological Society to assist in the design and
construction of small development projects at the Baltimore Zoo,
provided that $700,000 of this appropriation may only be expended
on renovation of the Mansion House (Baltimore City)...................

(D)    Johns Hopkins Oncology Center. Provide a grant to the Johns
Hopkins Health System Corporation to assist in the design,
construction, and equipping of patient care, research, and support
facilities for the Johns Hopkins Oncology Center, subject to the
requirement that the grantee provide an equal and matching fund
for this purpose (Baltimore City)......................................................

(E)    Johns Hopkins Cancer Research Center. Provide a grant to The
Johns Hopkins University to assist in the design, construction, and
equipping of research and support facilities for the Johns Hopkins
Cancer Research Center, subject to the requirement that the
grantee provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose
(Baltimore City).................................................................................

(F)    Peabody Institute Fund. Provide funds toward the purchase of the
art collection of the Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins
University (Baltimore City)................................................................

(G)    Regional Sports Complex. Provide a grant to the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to
assist in the design, construction, and equipping of a regional
sports complex in Landover, provided that these funds may not be
expended until construction of a National Football League stadium
on the remainder of the Wilson Farm property commences and
adequate measures are taken to perpetually protect and preserve
the Brightseat Formation. Further provided that the total State
commitment for the Regional Sports Complex is $4,968,000 which
consists of this appropriation and $1,968,000 to be provided in the
operating budget for the purchase of the property. Further
provided that this restriction does not prevent the county from
using its local share of Program Open Space funds, or other
non-state funds, for this complex (Prince George's County)..........

(A) Allegany County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the Board
of County Commissioners of Allegany County to assist in the
design, construction, and equipping of the Allegany County
Detention Center, subject to the requirement that the grantee
