(1)     the name and address of the insurer and agent;

(2)     the name of the policy to be sold;

(3)     the serial number of the machine; and

(4)     the place where the machine will operate.

(c)     Notice of a vending machine license shall be displayed:

(1)     on or above each vending machine in use; and

(2)     in the manner the Commissioner reasonably requires.

(d)     (1) A vending machine license is subject to renewal, suspension, and
revocation as the certificate of qualification of the agent is renewed, suspended, or
revoked.

(2)     A vending machine license may not be issued or renewed unless the
policy sold through the vending machine conforms to the applicable requirements for the
policy under this article.

(3)     The annual vending machine license fee is provided in § 2-112 of this
article.]

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That on or before December
31, 1995, the Insurance Commissioner shall adopt regulations delineating the types of
complaint information that are to be collected by the Maryland Insurance Administration
upon the completion of automation of the complaint data system.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the disqualification of a
partner in an accounting firm after 7 consecutive years of preparing an audited financial
report under Article 48A, § 58B(c) of the Code as provided under this Act shall be
prospective and may not include any audited financial reports performed on or before
May 31, 1995.

SECTION 4. 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 1 of this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1995, and remain in effect until October 1, 1997.

SECTION 5. 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act
shall take effect October 1, 1997.
