(1)     Serves without compensation; and

(2)     Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses in accordance with the
Standard State Travel Regulations.

[(f)] (G) During a term of service on the Commission, a member may not be
employed, EXCEPT FOR THE STUDENT MEMBER AS A PART-TIME STUDENT
EMPLOYEE, by any agency or institution of postsecondary education or be a member of
the governing board of any agency or institution of postsecondary education that is
subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission.

11-103.

(a)     Each year from among the members of the Commission:

(1)     The Governor shall designate a chairperson; and

(2)     The Commission shall elect other officers as it requires.

(b)     (1) The Commission shall meet regularly at such times and places as it
determines.

(2)     A majority of the [voting] members THEN SERVING ON THE
COMMISSION shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

(3)     No formal action may be taken by the Commission without the approval
of a majority of the [voting] members of the Commission THEN SERVING ON THE
COMMISSION.

(4)     The Commission shall make all necessary and proper rules for the
transaction of business, and shall keep an accurate and complete record of all meetings.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1995.

Somerset County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Liquor Control Board Borrowing Power)

FOR the purpose of altering the aggregate amount of money the Somerset Liquor
Control Board may borrow; excepting Somerset County from a restriction on a
maximum interest rate that may be paid on those funds; clarifying language;
providing for an effective date; and generally relating to borrowing by the Somerset
County Liquor Control Board.
