(B) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL DEVELOP ALL REGULATIONS, POLICIES, AND (C) THE LEAD HAZARD ADVISORY COMMITTEE CONSISTS OF SEVEN (1) THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OR THE SECRETARY'S (2) THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT OR (3) THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL (4) A MEMBER OF THE LEAD POISONING (5) A REPRESENTATIVE OF OWNERS OF RESIDENTIAL RENTAL (6) A REPRESENTATIVE OF A CHILD, YOUTH, OR HEALTH ADVOCACY (7) A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC WHO HAS AN INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT (D) THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OR THE SECRETARY'S DESIGNEE (E) (1) THE TERM OF A MEMBER OF THE LEAD HAZARD ADVISORY (2) THE TERMS OF THE INITIAL MEMBERS OF THE LEAD HAZARD (I) TWO IN 1997; (II) TWO IN 1998; AND (III) THREE IN 1999.
