Executive and County Council of Prince George's County to
design, construct, RENOVATE, and equip a correctional boot
camp. Funds provided by the grantee for the purpose of providing
an equal and matching fund shall be expended prior to the

23.05.02 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
GENERAL STATE FACILITIES
(A) Capital Facilities Renewal. Provide funds for the State capital
facilities renewal program (Statewide)..............................................
(C) Building Acquisition. Acquire one or more buildings for State use,
and design and construct renovations to buildings acquired with
this appropriation and with funds appropriated in Section 1(3),
Item 23.05.02 (D) of the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond
Loan of 1992, provided that no funds may be expended until the
Department of General Services provides the budget committees a
written report on the intended use of the funds and the committees
review and comment on the intended use, or 45 days have elapsed
from the date the committees receive the written report

(D) Construction Contingency Fund. Provide funds for the
Construction Contingency Fund to be used if bids for a previously
authorized State-owned capital project exceed the authorized
amount or to cover change orders during the construction of a
project. These funds may not be used to change the scope of a
