(C) Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center. Provide a portion of the funds
to acquire property and prepare detailed plans for a comprehensive
juvenile justice center, provided that no funds may be expended until a
report is jointly submitted by the Department of Juvenile Services and
the Baltimore City government on the selection of an agreed upon site
for the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center and the budget
committees have reviewed and commented on the report, or 45 days
have elapsed from receipt of the report. The report shall: (1) describe
all actions taken by the department and Baltimore City in selecting the
facility site; (2) summarize efforts taken by the department and
Baltimore City to inform the affected communities about the facility
and efforts to encourage community support; and (3) acknowledge the
commitment of the department and Baltimore City to work with the
affected communities on an on-going basis to resolve community
problems, if any, relating to the facility (Baltimore City)

(A)    African American Museum. Provide a grant to be administered by
the Department of Housing and Community Development to
prepare preliminary plans for the construction of an African

Works certifies that at least $1,500,000 in non-state funds are
available for the project (Baltimore City).........................................

(B)    Rockville Town Center. Provide a grant to the Mayor and City
Council of Rockville to assist in the redevelopment of the
Rockville Town Center (Montgomery County)................................

(C)    Johns Hopkins Oncology Center. Provide a grant to the Johns
Hopkins Health System Corporation to assist in the design,
construction, and equipping of patient care, research, and support
facilities for the Johns Hopkins Oncology Center, subject to the
requirement that the grantee provide an equal and matching fund
