assembly in such case made and provided

Shadrack Wingate          Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that the following BIll
    Exd from   60             of Sale was received and recorded on the 21.st day of June 1852 to wit
Margaret N Wingate      Know all men by these presents that I Margaret an Wingate
of Dorchester County and State of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of
one hundred and fifty dollars current money of Maryland to me in hand paid by Shadrack
Wingate of the said county and state before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Margaret Ann Wingate has granted
bargained and sold conveyed and confirmed & transferred and by these presents doth
Grant Bargain and sell Convey and transfer unto the said Shadrack Wingate his
heirs and assigns forever one negro Boy Levin aged twelve years slave for life and now in
the possession of the said Shadrack Wingate  To Have and To Hold the said above
described Negro Boy unto the said Shadrack Wingate his heirs and assigns forever and
to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever against me the said Margaret
An Wingate and my heirs and against all persons whatsoever Claiming the same
or any part thereof   In testimony whereof the said Margaret An Wingate
has hereunto subscribed her name and affixed her seal this second day of
June Eighteen hundred and fifty two

Maryland Dorchester County to wit  Be it remembered and it is hereby
Certified that on the second day of June in the Year Eighteen Hundred and
fifty two personally appeared Margaret Ann Wingate the party grantee
in the aforegoing Bill of Sale and acknowledged the same to be her
act and deed and delivered the same for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned and on the same day before me as aforesaid personally appeared
Shadrack Wingate the grantee named in the aforegoing Bill of sale and
made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration
mentioned in the aforegoing Bill of sale is true and bona fide as
therein set forth
