427 meaning of the same and at the same time Came before me John D Farquharson within mentioned and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the Consideration set forth in this Bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth according to the act of assembly in such case made and provided Acknowledged & sworn before Charles Corkran Leah Pinder Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that Exd to 65 the following manumission was received and Aaron Pinder Emory recorded on the 19.th day of June 1852 to wit Pinder & others Know all men by these presents that I Leah Pinder free Colored woman of Dorchester County and state of Maryland for divers Causes and considerations we thereunto moving have liberated manumitted and set free and by these presents do liberate manumit and set free the following negroes to wit Aaron Pinder to be free from the date of these presents Emory Pinder to be free from the date of these presents of these presents Mary Daskins to be free from the date of these presents which said above named negroes are my children have arrived to the age of twenty one years and are now capable of making a livelihood and maintenance Also the following named Children of my sad daughter Mary Daskins to wit Dennison Daskins aged about seven years to be free when he shall arrive to the age of twenty one years ^Levin Daskins aged about two years to be free when he shall arrive to the age of twenty one years Emily Daskins aged about five years to be free when she shall arrive to the age of eighteen years Leah Jane Daskins aged about one year to be free when she shall arrive to the age of eighteen years^ and should either one of the ^said^ families above named have any child or children during the respective time of their servitude I hereby manumit and liberate all such children or child to be free from the period of birth which said above named negroes were devised to me by the last will and testament of One Mary Hutson late of said county dec.d and which I hereby declare to be henceforth free manumitted discharged and released from slavery according to the terms herein before designated from all manner of service or servitude to me my heirs executors or administrators or assigns forever In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this nineteenth day of June in the year One thousand eight Hundred and fifty two Signed sealed and delivered her In the presence of Leah + Pinder (seal) E.
