F. Andrews have hereunto subscribed their named and affixed
their seals this seventh day of October Eighteen hundred and
fifty one.

State of Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit:  Be it remembered
and it is hereby certified that on this seventh day of
October in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty one,
personally appeared Severn Mister and Fanny Mister his
wife, William Andrews and Harriet F Mister his wife
party grantors in the within and aforegoing Bill of sale
and acknowledged the same to be their Act and deed
and delivered the same for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned.  And on the same day before me as aforesaid
appeared Mary S. Hooper the grantee named in the foregoing
Bill of sale and made Oath on the Holy
Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration
is the within and foregoing Bill of Sale is true and
bona fide as therein set forth.

State of Maryland      Be it remembered and it is hereby
Exd   from                 Certified that the following Bond was recorded
Francis I. Henry         on the 27th day of November 1851
& others                     Know all men by these presents that we
F. I. Henry John C., Henry and John N. Steele of Dorchester County are
held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just
sum of thirteen thousand three hundred and thirty three dollars
thirty three and one third cents current money to be paid to the
said State of Maryland, to the which payment well and truly to be
made and done we bind ourselves our and each of our heirs executors and
administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed with
our seals and dated this 27th day of November in the year eighteen hundred
and fifty one.   The condition of the above obligation is such that
if the above bound Francis I. Henry whilst he shall continue in the
Office of Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dorchester County shall at his
own proper Cost and charge find a supply of goods and sufficient record
Books necessary for the entering up of all matters and things
relating to such office or shall and will make or cause to be made and
entered true legal and perfect records and entries according to the
