William Frazier &      Be it remembered that the following
Tho. I. Frazier            Bill of Sale was recorded on the 17.th
Ex.d   from      75       day of November A. D. 1851, To wit:
John M. Frazier            {Stamp}   Know all men by these presents
                                   {one Dol}  that I, John M. Frazier,
of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland, for and in
consideration of the sum of Twelve hundred & fifty dollars,
current money, to me in hand paid by William Frazier &
Thomas I. Frazier, of the County & State aforesaid, ^at^ and
before the sealing & delivering of these presents, the receipt
whereof I, the said John M. Frazier, do hereby acknowledge,
have granted, bargained & sold, and by these presents
do grant, bargain & sell, unto the said William
Frazier and Thomas I. Frazier, their Executors,
Administrators and Assigns, the Printing Press and
all the type of a certain Newspaper called & known
by the name of the Cambridge Chronicle, together
with all the fixtures and all and all and singular
every other article belonging to and now in the Office
of the said Newspaper, which said Press, type &
other fixtures are now in a certain Office on Poplar
Street in the Town of Cambridge, and in the Occupation
of the said John M. Frazier.  To have and to
hold all & singular the said Press, type and other
the Premises, above bargained and sold, or mentioned
and intended so to be, tot eh said William Frazier
and Thomas I. Frazier, their Executors, Administrators
and Assigns forever:  And I, the said John M. Frazier,
for myself, my heirs, Executors and Administrators, all
and singular the said Press, type, fixtures and other
the premises, unto the said William Frazier & Thomas
I. Frazier, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns, against
me, the said John M. Frazier, my Executors and Administrators,
and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever
shall and will warrant and forever defend by these
presents.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed
my name and affixed my seal on this the seventeenth day of
November in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and & fifty one.
