31 the said Richard Rhodes in full possession by delivering to him the said Richard Rhodes the key of our Store house with all the goods therein and they in the name of all the rest of the property above mentioned at the sealing & delivery of these presents in the name of the whole property hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to be so unto the said Richard Rhodes as aforesaid. Smith We the subscribers two of the Justices of the Peace in and for Dorchester County by virtue of a supplement to an Act entitled an Act for the establishment and regulation of the Levy Courts in the several Counties of this state have appointed William Hurlock Constable of Election District N.o 2 in the place of G.
