308. James Bradley Be it remembered that the following Bill of Sale was from Ex.d recorded on the 16.th day of June 1845, To wit: Algernon Hurley Know all men by these presents that I Algernon Hurley of Dorchester County and state of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy five dollars current money to me in hand paid by James Bradley of Sussex County and state of Delaware at or before the sealing and delivery of their presents the receipt whereof I the said Algernon Hurley do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said James Bradley, his executors and assigns two mares and 1 colt, one Yoke of Steers, two Cows & one Calf, one Heifer, one Waine Cart, one sow and five pigs, seven Shoats &c all and singular which said property are now remaining standing and being on a certain Farm in Dorchester County and now in the occupation of the said Algernon Hurley To have and to hold all and singular the above described property as bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be to the said James Bradley his executors, administrators and assigns forever. And I the said Algernon Hurley for myself, my heirs, executors & administrators all and singular the said goods unto the said James Bradley, his executors, administrators and assigns against me the said Algernon Hurley my executors and administrators and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said property I the said Algernon Hurley have put the said James Bradley in full possession by delivering to him the said James Bradley the aforesaid property before the sealing and delivery of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained & sold or meant, mentioned or intended so to be unto him the said James Bradley as aforesaid. As Witness my hand and seal this 13.th day of June 1845. his Witness John D.
