AN ACT concerning

Department of Natural Resources - Consolidation of Public Notice and Hearing

Requirements

FOR the purpose of providing consistency in provisions of the Natural Resources Article
relating to public notice and hearing requirements concerning permit applications
under the Department's jurisdiction; and generally relating to hearing and notice
provisions under the Natural Resources Article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
read as follows:
