3-2A-14.

(a) The Trust shall report on or before [January 15] SEPTEMBER 1 of each year
to the Governor, the budget committees of the General Assembly, and the Department of
Fiscal Services on the status of the Grant Fund AS OF THE END OF THE PREVIOUS
FISCAL YEAR.

3-3A-04.

(a)     Not later than January 1, 1987, and [annually] BIENNIALLY thereafter, the
departments, with the advice of the participating agencies and interested private parties,
shall prepare and submit a report to the Governor, and subject to § 2-1312 of the State
Government Article, to the General Assembly.

(b)     The report shall include:

(1)     A description of activities undertaken in accordance with this subtitle;

(2)     The costs of the activities undertaken in accordance with this subtitle;

(3)     The findings of the research and monitoring program, including the
current levels and anticipated significant adverse effects and future trends of acid
deposition in the State;

(4)     Recommended State responses, when appropriate, to federal legislative
or regulatory initiatives; and

(5)     Potential options to evaluate acid deposition and its potential adverse
effects in the State.

4-213.

[(i) At least 30 days before the Department publishes any regulation under this
section in the Maryland Register, the Department shall submit the regulation in writing
for review to the appropriate legislative standing committees of the General Assembly.]

[4-745.1.

(a)     (1) The Department may issue a Chesapeake Bay sport fishing stamp as part
of the license required in § 4-745 of this subtitle.

(2) If the Department issues a stamp, one-half of the license fee established
in § 4-745 of this subtitle shall be charged to the stamp.

(b)     The Department may:

(1)     Order more stamps than necessary for license purposes;

(2)     Issue official prints of the stamp illustration;

(3)     Sell stamps and prints to interested persons, including dealers and
collectors, provided that stamps may be sold only for the price established as a stamp fee
in subsection (a) of this section;
