1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(j) (1) In EXCEPT FOR THE REPUBLICAN CENTRAL COMMITTEE, IN
Baltimore City the members of the party central committees shall be elected from the
legislative districts of Baltimore City.

(2)      Except for the Democratic [central committee,] AND REPUBLICAN
CENTRAL COMMITTEES, the number of members of each party central committee from
any legislative district in Baltimore City shall be equal to the number of persons that the
legislative district is entitled to elect to the House of Delegates of the General Assembly
of Maryland.

(3)      The number of members of the Democratic central committee from each
legislative district of Baltimore City shall be [5] FIVE.

(4)      THE MEMBERS OF THE REPUBLICAN CENTRAL COMMITTEE SHALL
BE ELECTED FROM EACH CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE CITY, AND THE
NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE REPUBLICAN CENTRAL COMMITTEE FROM EACH
CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE CITY SHALL BE FOUR.

       SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October June 1, 1994,

AN ACT concerning                                                                                             

Medical Records - Files and Records of Prescription Orders

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of "medical record"; exempting certain
information concerning activities of a pharmacy review committee from certain
provisions of law; specifying that certain files and records of certain prescription
orders are medical records; and generally relating to files and records maintained by
pharmacies of prescription orders and medical records.
