Error: Obsolete requirement in § 8-403(d) of the State Government Article.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 134, Acts of 1991, which repealed Article 56, §
165A of the Code.

9-913.

(a) (2) In this section and in § 9-914 of this subtitle, "veteran" means an
individual who:

(I)      served on active duty in the armed forces of the United States; or

(II)     [an individual who] served as a member of the State militia
ordered into active service of the State and [who is] WAS killed in the line of duty.

9-1607.1.

(a) An individual who is not licensed to practice law in this State may represent a
party in a proceeding before the office if:

(4) the individual is an officer of a corporation, an employee designated by
an officer of a corporation, a general partner in a business operated as a partnership or
an employee designated by a general partner, or an employee designated by the owner of
a business operated as a sole proprietorship while the officer, partner, or employee is
appearing on behalf of the corporation, partnership, or business in an administrative
hearing held under:

(i) [Article 56, § 260 of the Code] § 3-312 OF THE BUSINESS
REGULATION ARTICLE (Home Improvement Commission);
