laws," of Article III, titled "The Legislative Branch"; Section 404, titled "Veto," of
Article IV, titled "The Executive Branch"; Section 802, titled "Competitive bidding," of
Article VIII, titled "Centralized Purchasing"; Section 1101, titled "Termination," and
Section 1102, titled "Amendment," of Article XI, titled "Manner of Termination This
Charter and Making Amendments Thereto," of the Charter of Wicomico County,
Maryland, as adopted by the voters of Wicomico County, Maryland, on December 3, 1964,
to determine the number of votes required for certain actions taken by the Wicomico
County Council.
