An Act amending Section 1.119 "Overtime and compensatory time" of the Howard
County Code to authorize compensatory time and overtime for certain employees who are
not covered by the provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and amending the
pay scale for certain fire management employees to reflect differing hours of work.

[Effective Date February 6, 1993]

Bill No. 121

An Act amending the Subdivision Regulations in order to reorganize and edit the text; to
clarify applicability, administration and enforcement; to amend the definitions; to refine
the environmental requirements; to add guidelines for the protection of historic
resources; to amend requirements related to road right-of-way dedication, lot layout,
open space, landscaping, and other required improvements; to amend the Site
Development Plan procedures; and generally to clarify the Subdivision Regulations.

[Repealing Title 16, Subtitle 1 of the Howard County Code.
Adding new Title 16, Subtitle 1 of the Howard County Code.

Bill No. 122

An Act amending Subtitle 2 of Title 19 of the Howard County Code to prohibit littering
in parks and on open space and to provide penalties for mowing of open space except as
provided by law.

[Adding § 19-208(k) to the Howard County Code.
Amending § 19-209(b) of the Howard County Code.

An Act setting the Homestead Credit Percentage for Fiscal 1994.

Bill No. 129

An Act amending Section 20.310 "Front-foot benefit assessment charges" of the Howard
County Code to delete references to the date of initial billing of those charges.
