AN ACT to add subsection N to Section 225-10, Road Names, of Article III, General
Regulations, of Chapter 225, Street; Sidewalks and Public Works, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to change the name of a certain section of a certain
county road; and generally relating to roads.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection A(2),
Private Sewage Disposal System, (As enacted by Bill 92-56 of the County Council of
Harford County, Maryland) of. Section 157-18, Sanitation Construction Permits, of
Article. II, Fees, of Chapter 157, License and Permits, of the Harford County Code,
as amended to set new fees for certain private sewage disposal systems; and
generally relating to fees for services provided by Harford County.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Subsections A, B, C and D of Section
256-13, Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256,
Water and Sewers,, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the
revision of the annual update, and to further provide for the revision of the costs
associated with requests for plan revisions which require action at times other than
the scheduled updates.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Subsection D of Section 256-30,
Method of Assessment, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to define, for purposes of this
section, the term "property" as real property upon which a building is erected or
may be erected and to which either service connection or one (1) service
connection has been provided.

AN ACT to add new Subsection E.(3)(e) to Section 38-38, Sick Leave, of Article IV,
Classified Service, of Chapter 38, Personnel, of the Harford County Code, as
amended, to provide for the use of sick leave after obtaining permanent custody of
a child pending adoption.
