Capital Project 6400 of Article V, Capital Charges, of Chapter 256, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code as amended, to provide for an increase in the
sewer connection surcharge for Capital Project 6400 and to define residential unit.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments, Subsection A of Section 146-5
Recovery of Response Costs of Article I, General Provisions of Chapter 146,
Hazardous Materials, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for
recovery of response costs by the Harford County Volunteer Fire and Ambulance
Company amended; to allow certain volunteer groups to recover the costs they incur
responding to a hazardous materials release from the person responsible for the
release.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to add Section 157-27, Food Service Facility License Fees, to
Article II, Fees, of Chapter 157, Licenses and Permits, of the Harford County Code,
as amended; to establish certain categories and fees for food service facilities that
are required by state law to be licensed by the Health Department; and to repeal
County Council Resolution No. 10-89.
[Effective Date April 20, 1992]

AN ACT to add Subsection F to Section 1-22, Suspension or Revocation of Licenses and
Permits; Refusal to Issue, of Article II, Miscellaneous, of Chapter 1, General
Provisions, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to establish a penalty for
misrepresentation and false statements on county permit and license applications;
and to provide that this Act shall be applied prospectively only.

the Harford County Code, as amended; to require that certain sexually oriented
businesses be licensed; to establish certain qualifications for an applicant for a

a license under certain circumstances; to establish certain duties, responsibilities,
