RESOLUTION TO AMEND CHARTER SECTION 22
CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS BY THE TOWN OF WOODSBORO

The Commissioners of the Town of Woodsboro, at a regularly scheduled Town
meeting on September 14, 1992, hereby resolve to amend Section C-22 of the Charter of
the Town of Woodsboro by adding sections (a) and (b) and renumbering the existing
section as (c), all as set forth in the attachment hereto, in order to facilitate the sale of
bonds by the Town.
